The Quebec Association of Swingers has, at the disposal of its private and corporate members, a judicial service where legal advice can be obtained concerning the laws governing the swinger evenings. The Association also offers the primary services of a lawyer, when arrested by police in the course of a swinger evening that has respected the swinger rules and etiquette as approved by the AEQSA. A monetary fund was created by the Association for legal purposes. This fund acquires 5% of the revenues generated by membership dues, corporate as well as private. It is from this fund that the Association will use monies necessary to represent its members, as described in the preceding paragraph. The limit of this legal representation by the Association is reached when the fund money earmarked for this purpose is exhausted.
