Each private member has the right to freewill and freedom of expression of his/her sexual orientation and of activities of a sexual nature without victimizing, all of which are fundamental rights protected by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms of Quebec and Canada.
Each private member has the privilege to participating in swinger nights at our corporate members, members organizing residential meetings and members outside Quebec without any acceptance formalities. (This does not include entrance fees required, if any).
Being a AEQSA member in good standing considered as a free pass to places where membership is required from most of its participants. (This does not apply to membership fees or entrance fees required, if any).
Each private member commits to respecting all people in their choice of partners and never to make repeated demands following a refusal of any kind.
Each private member commits to respecting sexual limitations of eventual partners, either by making prior verbal arrangements or by quickly and courteously understanding gestures that signify a refusal to continue any further in the sexual games.
Each private member commits to non-consumption of illicit drugs during meetings in commercial or private Association member locations.
Each private member commits to not abusing alcohol during the meeting in commercial or in private Association member locations.
Each private member commits to not having sexual relations with underage persons or in the presence of underage persons, as is forbidden by law.
Each private member commits to not having sexual relations with animals, as is forbidden by law.
Each private member commits to not getting into different points of view or ideologies that could result in other members present becoming uncomfortable. By this we mean subjects such as jealousy, politics, religion, family, marital relations, denigration, racism or any other negative situation.
